Lost Mobile Phone

If you have lost your phone, the most important thing to do is to contact IT staff immediately through email, text message, or phone call. You can find our individual contact information at contacts.google.com. Even if you think you have simply misplaced it, the quicker we hear about the lost device, the easier it is for us to track it's location and recover it.

Once we learn about your lost device we will send a command via our management system to put it into "lost mode". The device will lock, display a message on the screen to contact us, and emit an alarm. If the device is in service and has power we will receive the location and can provide it with very precise accuracy.

After we place the device in lost mode, we will wait a period of time for recovery. If, after several days we cannot recover, we will work to issue a replacement device as soon as possible.
